Curious about cooking? Learn how to cook like the pros with tips and techniques from Chef Instructor Derrick Clark, owner of A Square Meal Cafe & Food Truck. This exciting class includes all ingredients and instruction to make a meal and take home both your knowledge and your meal. This month’s menu is: Rack of Lamb with a side of mushroom risotto, with a chocolate chip cookie for dessert (customizable to replace nuts with alternatives). Classes will be held in the Jeremy Jacobs Hospitality Center on the ASU Mid-South campus, on Tuesday, Jan. 19, from 6 to 8 p.m. The cost is $45 per person. Register at, or call (870) 733-6722.
